It means you need to speak English. It also means you need to connect with the English speaking world with your characters and illustrations. Now you need to position yourself. If you are an Indian or Asian you can create strong visual storytelling rooted on your culture. When the "major" market is looking for someone to hire on that "specific" field, they will hire you.
