Always start your day with Bible read and end it with another one. That will help you to remove unnecessary thoughts from your mind frame. Especially in this world of social media your attention span is depleting. You may think the post you have read on social media is having no effect on you. But it is having an unconscious effect on you. That is why a billion dollars have invested on it. The Algorithm will do its job. You are a biological organism which has limitations. If someone poke an animal with a stick, it react back. It knows it is reacting, but cant help.
