Don't use Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube. It is not necessary. If you use this, you are in a narcissistic abusive cycle. You are not equipped with your linear intellect to defy the algorithm. It is like going to a war with very limited weapons and expecting you to win. Be wise. Wisdom is what makes a man a man. (Not the intellect or strength.)
