I am a Saint Thomas Christian. That is my "self."
That means I believe in Jesus Christ and his teachings.
Jesus clearly says his kingdom is not of this world.
So, there is no point in conflating my political interests (ego) with the "self."
Now the question is where my ego stands.
I am a male brown Indian Eastern man.
You can say Israel and Iran are both in the Middle East. So there is no difference between these two countries when I consider them as nations.
Israel has an entirely different race than mine. They are Jews. Black, brown, or white. They are Jews.
On the Iranian side, I may find some common denominator with my ethnicity.
Iranians may persecute Christian Iranians for their beliefs. Reports are very clear on this. But I don't think the so-called white Christians are giving any support for them or that the war is waged on the basis of their interests. That is basically the nature of the West.
If your blood is shed on the name of Christ, it is Christ who will reward you. Make no doubt on that if you are a Christian. The "self" is completely devoid of "ego." Never make an attempt to call the ego the self or the self the ego. It is like calling a man a woman and a woman a man. It is the attempt of the devil. Many men have fallen for it.
My political stance on this war will be in the interest of India. That doesn't mean I support all the decisions the Indian ruling party BJP is making. My loyalty is towards my nation. I observe which country is in favor of my country and my people. It is very simple.
This is how every Christian in India should be. Don't be confused.
